Archiving Error

Hi @janix96, there is a problem with your server’s PHP configuration. PHP is trying to load the kolabformat extension twice, which prints out a warning. You need to fix this issue in your php.ini files or contact your hosting provider if they are the only ones who can fix it.

Hey @janix96. Have you already had a look at dizzyatinnocraft’s last comment or maybe any question about it?

How can I fix this? Other domains on my server doesn’t have these errors.

Hi @janix96, if modifying your php.ini files is not an option, you can try enabling “Enable archiving via HTTP requests” via “Matomo Analytics > Settings > Advanced”.

You can ignore the other errors, they are generated by the system report making sure certain files are inaccessible.

I set it, cleared cache but error is still there.

php.ini doesn’t have any entrys with kolab. I’m using Plesk. And the php config is for all domains the same. All othe domains are working with matomo.

@janix96 do you have and know how to use ssh access on your server? Or can you use plesk to find what PHP CLI executable/version it’s using to execute the wp-cron.php file?

@janix96 can you also try manually triggering archiving via the Troubleshooting tab of the Diagnostics and seeing if an error displays? And checking if any logs appear in the Logs section of the system report? If no errors show, can you check if visits appear in the dashboard?
