Archives (message) on a a normal page

  • Mm, maybe I’m missing the point but…

    Have you tried going to Customize>Content>Front Page and settings:

    Front page displays: A static page
    Front page: Home
    Posts page: Blog

    Then Customize>Content>Post lists, and selecting
    Select a layout:Grid Layout
