    Sorry to hear you’re having issues with BackUpWordPress.
    What happens if you do a manual backup?

    Paul, thanks for the quick response!

    It is the same for triggering the complete backup manually. The generated zip file (…default-2-complete-2014-01-10…zip) only contains the SQL file.

    Another file named ziZfa4cw (without file extension) and a file size of 31,457,280 bytes has been generated in addition to that. I downloaded that file, renamed it to .zip and tried to open the archive but the file is currupted as if the archive has not been fully written.

    And you get no error messages?
    Can you check if you have any corrupt files, maybe under uploads.
