Archives And Catregories Question

Locate

<?php wp_list_cats(); ?>

in index.php and change to

<?php wp_list_cats('optioncount=1'); ?>

Im trying to do it with arcives as well, the instructions seem to be like this only its not working any ideas?

Actually the instructions say: show_post_count - boolean - Should the count of posts in the archive be displayed (TRUE) or not (FALSE)
which means it has to be TRUE or FALSE (show_post_count=TRUE)
