Archived Emails page shows “X” under error

    Hi Phil,

    “X” is probably in the “Send error” column which means that here is one, or more likely, multiple send errors.

    You can always open the message, change to the “Send report” tab and check if the email server gave back a reason why it rejected to forward the email. That is what a send error is.
