Archive Scrambled

Hello people!
I bought this theme im dealing the bug with from WOBZY and following their NON-EXISTING after sale support they promise (in fact its like noone is behind this all … absolutely no sign of life no matter how many times i poked them, so btw for your good STAY OFF WOBZY) i decided to ask here as i am really desperate …
At the moment id like to sort out my main and major bug (there are some more but extremely small contrary to this one) …

The problem is:In the archive of a category and if the posts exceed the number of 2, the whole page from the mid and below goes scrambled …

Bug existed even before WP update.
