Archive products don’t have links to Product Page

  • Hello Ocean Wp Team,

    I’m using Oceanwp Free theme have created an archive page for products using elementor but I found that the archive style can only be adjusted by your themes setting through Customization option (Customizing > Woocommerce > Archive) .

    Under Archive > Product Entry Media, when I select Image swap option everything works fine & images contain links to the product page but when I select Featured Image option then Images doesn’t contain Link to the product pages.

    I also make sure that I have not selected “DISABLE IMAGE AND PRODUCT TITLE LINKS FUNCTIONALITY”

  • Hello,

    That seems some issue with your settings or conflict, please try to check your elementor settings.

    Try to switch to the default theme like twentytwenty for the testing and check if it is working with that or not.

    and also try to disable all the nonocean plugin except the woocommerce and elementor, and check if it is working or not. If yes, enable the one by one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.
