Archive product page with sidebar

Hello,

You cannot add sidebar to either only archived or non-archived products, they cannot be seperated.

Too bad! Is it a way to add a search product on the shop page?

You can add the product search field by logging in to your administrator panel -> Appearance -> Widgets and dragging & dropping the “Jigoshop: Product Search” widget to one of your theme’s widget areas.

Thanks Olaf, but I think a Product search should absolutely be on the Shop page, and not only on other pages. That’s why I was asking you if there was a way to add a sidebar on the shop page.
By the way, Jigoshop product search doesn’t work, at least to my blog, with Relevanssi activated or not.

I’ve change the code in some of my theme template and the sidebar appears now. Would be great anyway to have this option with Jigoshop in the future :-). Enjoy your day!

You can add the search box to widget areas, and a widget area can be a sidebar in your shop page for example. Therefore, it will be visible in the catalog page. Anyways, great to hear that it’s resolved!
