    Hi There

Thank you for the great plugin.

I am building a site and the archive-podcast.php does not take effect. The regular archive.php though is the one controlling the podcast page.To test, I duplicated archive.php and placed it in my child theme with a “Hello World” and it appears in the podcast page.

I copied the archive.php file and named it archive-podcast.php. I then uploaded it to my child theme and it didn’t work.I also tried the main theme’s folder and even the plugin folder. I just can’t seem to get the archive-podcast.php file to take hold.

If anyone can help the would be truly appreciated.

    Hi there,

I have been largely offline for the last few months and have been unable to help out all of this plugin’s awesome users in this forum. I’m sorry if this has inconvenienced you!

As a result there are a large number of questions here that I just don’t have the time to answer effectively. There’s also a very good chance that the majority of them are no longer valid as it has been quite a while since they were posted.

With that in mind, I’m going to close all of them (including this one), so if you still require support then please create a brand new topic and I will respond on there going forward, as I have time to do so.

    Thanks for your understanding!

    Cheers,
    Hugh

Hey @daveftd were you ever able to find a solution for this? I’ve found myself experiencing what seems to be the exact same issue. I opened the following new topic about it as well:
