    Download Monitor Page Addon v4.1.1

Hello I’m currently trying to update your plugin + have read your support ticket on the subject. I’ve decided to start from scratch to copy my customisations across.

Previously I had quite a few bits of custom code that were added to the child as part of archive.php – but v4 of download monitor doesn’t seem to use this template and I have no idea where to add my code.

The extra code displays the category desciption and some search fields and filters.

The only place I have successfully added my code was in content-page.php – but then my code showed up on the single-download view.

I feel like I’m missing something obvious.

Here is an example of the page displaying correctly with the category description and search in place as it should be.

    Many thanks

    Gordon

    Hey Gordon,

The customizations in archive.php and content-page.php, in what directory are these files? Because these do not sound like Download Monitor template files.

Are you trying to customize the default Download Monitor output or are customizing the Page Addon extension output. If the latter is the case, please send us an email via https://www.download-monitor.com/contact/ because we’re not allowed to support premium extensions via this forum.

    Kind Regards,
