The first thing you should do is to enable FIFU Settings > Metadata > Image Metadata.
Let me know if something changes.
If nothing changes, let me know if you are using some plugin for Lazy Load or if your theme has Lazy Load options.
I already cleaned and made the image metadata checked, lazyload off on both theme and plugin tried to turn them on nothing changed.
if I zoomed out the page and went into the page the 10 products display. so there is something with lazyload I don’t know where the problem is . lazyload is turned off every where
Hi, @nouradawy.
I’ve accessed your site. I inspect the HTML and I could see all the IMG tags have an image URL. So FIFU is doing its jobs, that is provide the image URL to the theme/plugin that built the IMG tag.
Example:
<img fifu-featured="1" width="1920" src="https://thumbor.forbes.com/thumbor/fit-in/1200x0/filters%3Aformat%28jpg%29/https%3A%2F%2Fblogs-images.forbes.com%2Ferikkain%2Ffiles%2F2015%2F09%2Frainbow.jpg" class="attachment-full size-full" alt="Rainbow six siege" title="Rainbow six siege" loading="lazy" data-no-lazy="1" data-pagespeed-url-hash="3632239055" onload="pagespeed.CriticalImages.checkImageForCriticality(this);">
As you can see the IMG tag is completed, but the image can’t be shown because of a fail in the lazy load. This lazy load attributes are NOT being added by FIFU, but by another component you have installed there. Maybe your theme or a different plugin.
By the way in the browser console it’s possible to see some JS errors on your site. So maybe this is causing the issue.
Anyway to put you in the correct way, the first thing I recommend you is to temporarily activate a different theme. Twenty Twenty is okay. Then clean your cache and check if the images are shown. If they are shown the problem is related to “BuddyBoss Theme”.
But if the problem is not the theme, then you should deactivate all the plugins (except FIFU and WooCommerce) and clean your cache. I believe the images will be shown. Then activate one plugin each time, checking when the problem happens. This way you will have a culprit. Please let me know.
hello @marceljm
thanks for taking the time to investigate this, I have tried activating another theme
but the issue didn’t resolve so I will do as you said deactivating one by one and see but I remember that I installed the plug-in before anything and had this issue there. anyway I will try again and do as you said and sure inform you with the resultsI did deactivate all plugins and while testing out still the same issue after clearing the cash and everything the issue still the same. but while looking over firefox browser the images load without any issue.
and about the js errors that you saw because i manify js files using wp-rocket.
but while looking over firefox browser the images load without any issue.
So that’s it! You got it. Now activate one plugin each time, checking when the problem happens again (on Firefox).
If the site still doesn’t work on Chrome, you probably need to clean the Chrome cache.
I think I fixed it. I installed a plugin called lazy loader deactivator which deactivates lazy loader implemented with WordPress it self I am keep testing to know that the issue resolved completely or not
yeah Disable Lazy Load by jeff starr . this plugin solved the problem for me WordPress implemented lazy load that is why it was falling to load the images on me
Thanks for letting me know, @nouradawy.
I couldn’t reproduce your issue here, but if another user report the same in the future I will recommend Disable Lazy Load.
@marceljm thanks for your help
you could implement disabling lazy load with your plug-in in your next patch update as this feature added to WordPress 5.5, I don’t think it was only me but you could add it as an option
anyway have a good day ?? and appreciate your help

Thanks for the suggestion, @nouradawy.
For now I couldn’t see any problem on my development environment related to the WordPress native lazy load and no one else reported that as well. So I prefer to wait before making code changes.
By the way, WordPress 5.6 is coming this week. Maybe there is a bug for you =)
i have same issue on 2 websites with different themes. Wp stops display featured images
Hi, @forauth.
So you can use EXACTLY the same solution. If that doesn’t work, please open another ticket.
