Archive Pages Not Displaying Images

Hi @mattatnicolebarkerva Thanks for opening a support topic. I can see the blank images on both of the sites you have provided so thanks for sharing these. You do appear to have several console errors on your sites but these may be unrelated.

To begin with could you please share your Site Health Information. You can share this using our private form if you’d prefer.

Could I also ask if you are currently using any CDN on your sites?

@mattatnicolebarkerva Thank you for sharing the information. Could you please first try temporarily changing your theme to a default WordPress theme such as Twenty Twenty and check your archive page once more?

If you are still seeing the issues it’s possible that there is a plugin causing a conflict. To rule this out could you please follow the troubleshooting steps here and let me know how you get on with this. Please ensure you run through all the sections for troubleshooting.

Thanks for the help Adam. I will have to consider if and how I can do this. My site has thousands of visitors per day. I’m not sure what would happen to their experience if I changed to a different theme.

I have done the troubleshooting thing before. I’ll have to carve out some time to work through that and get back to you.

Are you seeing the images being called on the page, but they just aren’t populating, or is no image call being inserted into the HTML at all?

@mattatnicolebarkerva No problem at all thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps. Due to the amount of console errors I am seeing I would also recommend reaching out to your hosting provider to have a look into this as there looks like there may be some blocks on the hosting side.
