• Hi.
We have a website that normally has archive pages returned from specific links (image slider at the top of the homepage, and text links in the footer). Of course, these links were working fine when we launched the website a few weeks ago. But for some reason, and without any action from us, nothing gets returned now when we click the links. We do get the archives pages, but it’s like there is no data to display, while we know there is data. Sometimes, one link out of all of them will work… which makes no sense at all. I have no clue was caused that. Anyone had that kind of issue?
For those who’d like to see what’s going on: https://annuaire.tourisme-cb.com/ . Those links (in the slider below the hero + first column in the footer) were meant to complement the search functionalities as we could not have several search solutions on the same page. They return an archive page for a given region or activity.

Also, I don’t know if it’s related, but a while ago we got that Type E error message from WP… it seems it has to do with the database, which maybe would explain our problem. I don’t do PHP, so no idea what all this means:

I see you’re using Elementor Pro. This error is coming from Elementor, so I suggest contacting them directly.

You’re using a commercial/premium plugin, so please use their official support channel. We feel they are best equipped to support their products.

Commercial products are not supported in these forums.

Yes, but the error notification came from WP… And I did that too like 3 weeks ago. I didn’t get a solution to fix the problem. So now we’re stuck with a website that has become a joke while a few simple links supposed to return archive pages don’t work.
    Thanks for your feedback.

You’ve paid for support from Elementor, so….

You have a redirect issue, It looks like you’re using the elementor template setup. so here are 2 things you can do to try a quick fix.

    1. Deactivate/activate Elementor plugins and their Add-on and re-save all the global settings if there are any.
    2. Goto settings > permalink page and re-save it.

If that doesn’t help then you can contact Elementor support and make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugins.

How can something like this happen when it was working before and we haven’t changed anything???
Yes, it is the latest version of the plugin and I have the feeling it is the cause of the problem…
