Archive page appears instead of home page

    I’m not quite sure what I did, but in IE, instead of my home page appearing, the archives page appears. I tried reinstalling, switching themes and then switching back, clearing my IE browsing history, turning off wp-supercache and clearing the cache. Any ideas?     problem was simply that the content was shoved way below the sidebar and i didn’t see it. popularity plugin has a new winner that broke the blog with a name too long or something.
