    Hi,

I was wondering if there is an option to archive old commands. I’ve seen an option that allows to delete theme after a certain amount of time, but what I need is to rather archive them.

An alternative would be at least to backup them, but except backing up the whole database what should I do ?

    Many thanks,

    Hi @ouryhamdalaye,

By “commands” do you mean orders? If you want to archive old orders you may use a plugin like WooCommerce Archive Orders.

Archived orders will still be accessible in the “archived” section and you can set a max age in Woocommerce ? Settings ? Advanced ? Archives. Every order older than your setting will be archived.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

    Yes commands = order. ??

This plugin seems to no longer be maintained.

Hope there is a more recent plugin….

    Hi @ouryhamdalaye,

I’ve found for you another plugin that can be used to archive orders older than 30 days to a separate orders table in the database, which will also help to improve your store’s performance:

    https://github.com/woocart/woocommerce-archive-orders-table

Make sure to have a backup in place before doing changes to the database.

    Hope this helps.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
