archive my tags

    Can I archive or categorize my tags?

    For example, I will be talking about stocks in many of my entries. While these entries will have categories of their own, not related to these individuals stocks, however, I plan to ‘tag’ stock tickers in the entries. So, can I then archive or categorize these stock tickers?

    Stock 1
    +Year drop down
    +Month drop down
    Stock 2
    +Year drop down
    +Month drop down

    If not, is my next best option to create a separate category for each stock?
    Any other suggestions?

  • Tags are not hierarchical. Only categories are. If you need a hierarchical organization scheme, categories are the way to go.
