    Hey @aitpro !

    Thanks for your message.

So what really needs to happen is that the WordPress Real Cookie Banner plugin needs to create its own folder under the wp-content folder to store its randomly named js files. Architecturally and structurally that is industry standard best practice.

In general, you are right. But we had to add this as Anti-ad block systems could block our cookie banner. Read more about this here: https://devowl.io/knowledge-base/real-cookie-banner-javascript-files-in-wp-content/

On first time installation some php errors occurred (see below).

This issue indicates that your WordPress installation could not successfully contact www.remarpro.com servers while fetching metadata about the free version.

I hope this could answer you questions and feel free to reopen the ticket if you have any further qestions!

    Regards
    Matthew ??

Well actually this was my mistake. I looked for an option setting that deals with those files and just did not find it. Someone from your team contacted me with the solution. I’m very impressed with the support that you guys/gals offer and left a 5 start review. Tons of features as well very impressive plugin.
