Arcade Theme Problem

    I have the Arcade responsive theme (BY bavotasan.com.) and I love it. However, on my iPhone and other people’s mobile devices, the header image and arced lettering doesn’t act responsive. It squeezes itself together and collapses on itself kinda. Have a look at it on a mobile device like a phone. Is that just an adjustment I need to do or is it not responsive?

    If you use a commercial theme and need support, please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, and encourage innovation and progress, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.

    I have arcade basic, I didn’t think that was commercial and I was told to come here for support.

    No, never heard back from anyone so I put the project on the side and went online to search for another theme which I’ll be switching too soon. Sorry…

    Hi, TheSledDogger, I’ve sorted mine out.

    Image size:1800 x 1200 (which is recommended)
    Select: Fittext
    Adjust Arc: both of them
    Mine are set at
    500 and inner 700

    Also make sure when viewing through your phone that you’ve selected to view the site (can’t remember what it says) but click on the other view option thats there.
