Arabic not working

i been successfully install , actives the plugin to my project https://websolutions.tedata.net/tedatashop/ and from the plugin setting i Choose languages you want to translate into to Arabic but now when i click Arabic language it get me to this link https://websolutions.tedata.net/tedatashop/ar/ and its not working
