Arabic language translation & RTL direction

Hello,
thanks you for this amazing plugin. I installed it in a website supported Arabic language and when I read the discretion of this plugin I found that it’s already support Arabic language. but I couldn’t find the Arabic file instilled on the server. So, can you please guide me how to install Arabic translation file. also I want to know if it support RTL direction or not.
