    Update:

I have added an Arabic font (ttf) and that fixed the corrupted characters but now the letters appear separated and with incorrect orientation.

Any one succeeded in using Arabic with this plugin?

Hi! Unfortunately the HTML to PDF conversion library that we use does not support Arabic (in the sense of correctly connecting the characters) or RTL, so with the current setup, this means that this plugin does not work with Arabic, even when using an Arabic font.
Are you a web developer? If so, we may have an alternative solution for you that plugs a different library into the PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin, which does support Arabic and RTL out of the box – this will only require some additional changes to the template.
If you want to try this, send us an email at [email protected] we’ll do our best to help.
