    Hi,

We recommend reading our docs regarding “Langauge Support”: https://e2pdf.com/docs/language

In general, you will need to use Font that supports the Arabic + RTL option (in case you are using Default Font Processor)

    Or

The font that supports Arabic + Complex Fonts Font Processor. It supports bi-directional input.

P.S. Keep in mind please that text alignment still will be controlled by the “Text Align” setting, so if you need the text to be printed from Right To Left, you will need to set text-align setting to “Right”.

    We remain at your service.

We just did tests on your side and it seems it’s working as expected. It looks like you didn’t set the font or the font that was used inside E2Pdf Template previously didn’t work correctly with Arabic / was incompatible with E2Pdf.
