I am now building a WooCommerce website for selling furniture. Can the plugin allow the display of the colors according to the colors the customer chooses?

Yes, you can either create a gltf model with variants for each color – https://augmentedrealityplugins.com/support/#variants
Or you can produce a seperate model for each color variation and then add each model to it’s respective variation in Woocommerce.
