On my homepage, I am using three AQLs. The first one is using the additional post type functionality, while the others are not. For some reason, using this functionality on the first AQL causes the second AQL to show the wrong post type – but only on the front end. The second AQL previews the correct post type on the back end. The third AQL shows the correct post type on both front and back end.

If I remove the additional post types on the first AQL, the second then shows the correct post type on the front end. I tried deleting the second AQL – in case it was corrupted – and recreating it. The problem is still the same.

The post type used in the second AQL is the same as one of the additional post types added to the first. The third AQL uses a post type that is not used at all in the first or second. BUT – I tried deleting the additional post type from the first that matched the one selected in the second, and that did not fix it. The second only works properly when I delete ALL of the additional post types in the first.

Finally, I tried swapping the order of the second and third AQL on the page, and that had no effect.

OK. I was able to replicate this issue locally again and believe I have found a better and more permanent fix.

I have just released 2.1.1 with the fix. Please update and let me know if the issue still persists.

I really appreciate everyone’s patience here!

From what I can tell, this has been addressed. I’m going to close this out but please let me know if the issue persists.
