Approving a testimonial

    I just installed this and read the docs. When I tested by entering a testimonial, it was accepted and I received an email saying a testimonial had been submitted.

    In the dashboard, I can see the testimonial but cannot find a way to approve it so it will display. The email did provide an ‘approval’ link but I wanted to see how it was done manually.

    What did I miss?

    Hi dasadler,

    If you go in and edit the testimonial there is a “Display” checkbox on the right hand side. Check that box and it will show up.

    BTW, when it does display… is it supposed to say, “Your testimonial has been submitted”? Even after it has been approved and is on display?

    Yep.

    That is an anti-spam control. It keeps automated bots from submitting your form over and over again.

    You can change this in the Settings page under option number 13.
