Approved-only display not working as expected

  • Running the most current version of WordPress, Gravity Forms and Directory, I am experiencing issues with the Approved/Not approved display. Whether I choose Smart Approval or explicit approval, I get all or nothing:

    If smartapproval is enabled, no entries appear in the directory, whether or not they’re approved.
    If explicit approval is enabled, all entries appear in the directory, whether or not they’re approved.

    Okay, I figured it out, but this is NOT intuitive: using smartapproval works if you use the Bulk Edit or Quick Edit to approve the entry, but not if you go directly into the record and click the Approved field.

    However, if explicit approval is enabled, using the above method made no difference to the directory; all entries still appeared, whether or not they were approved. I think this is a bug.

    I hve the same problem

    with this code :[directory form=”5″ approved=”true” lightboxsettings=”images”]
    the non approved entries are still showing.

    when I use this code : [directory form=”5″ smartapproval=”true” lightboxsettings=”images”]
    none is displaying

    In the form the approved field has been added
