    When a new user applies for membership there’s sometimes a bug that happens where I approve the user but the status still shows up as pending review. The user is placed in the approved category but the actual status isn’t changed, and when the user tries to long in it doesn’t allow them like they’re not approved. The only fix I found for this is too completely delete the user and ask them to re-register which is quite inconvenient

    Hi @ghostride453,

    Are you approving user from Users menu inside your dashboard as Admin? If this issue happens there, It may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?
