    Hi… I received an email that my client approved her images but when I click on the collection, I see nothing. What is the error here?

    Hi Felice!

    That obviously shouldn’t happen!

    Is this a one-off or does it happen every time a collection is approved through your website?

    In your WordPress Admin, please go to “picu > Settings > Debug Info” and send the contents of that page to [email protected].

    Also the link to the collection above could be helpful as well. If you do not want to share that, please create a test collection and send that to the aforementioned email address.
