Approved form submissions not being sent

    I have recently loaded CleanTalk (5.157.2) and now have at least 4 examples of where CleanTalk has approve a form submission but the form has not been sent. This is a Divi website and I am using Forminator to create forms. I am also using Post SMPT. If I check Forminator or Post SMTP I can see that the CleanTalk approved forms have not been sent.
    Because of this unreliability currently I have had to deactivate CleanTalk.
