Approved Emails not forwarded to my inbox
Last week an approved email was not forwarded to my inbox. The email was approved on 12/13, but I did not see it until the weekly summary email was sent on 12/18. That is when I saw the email.
This email was from a potential client; when I reached out to them on 12/18, they had selected another company.
What can be done to have approved emails automatically sent to my inbox.
