approve new vendors stopped working

I have already contacted your email support on this last week on the 15th (Wednesday).

After it working before now when trying to approve new vendors.

The actions button to approve a new vendor as below is not producing the link, its just producing https://www.commissionit.co.uk/store-manager/messages/# ? please can you help
