Approval Required

Hi.

I have free Ultimate Member. I have added a user manually but there are 2 columns saying status. One automatically says approved (and says something about being able to login) and the other says pending until I manually approve it. I need the users to be required to be approved manually so I want to make sure the other place where it says approved does not allow access to login.
