    I am using the user registration plugin.

    I’m not receiving the email to approve a new user registration. The email where it should be sent is @novartis.com, not Gmail. How can I configure it to make it work?

    I did the test, and the email is received successfully. However, when I configure it to receive the approval emails for registration, it doesn’t work

    Hi @analiaserafiniv,

    If emails are not working for @novartis.com, your email server might be blocking them, as we do not have a feature that blocks specific domains. Could you please contact the hosting provider about this? They will help you with this.

    Do update us if you get any feedback from the hosting team and I will get back to you accordingly.

    Okay, I checked, and they asked for the email that needs to be enabled so they can activate it.

    What are the next steps I should take? I really need to receive those emails ??
