Approaching Resource Limits GoDaddy

I am using your plugin on 20+ live websites. Over this last year, on many client sites, I am receiving emails from GoDaddy (cpanel) saying that I am approaching resource limits. Every time this happens I was either trying to manually run a backup (because some of the website have light traffic) or it was around the time that a backup was scheduled. I have called GoDaddy and they say my resources are fine and it’s a plugin causing the issue. Yesterday I was trying to backup my site and happened to be in the GoDaddy cpanel and although I didn’t receive an email, the resource message was showing on the cpanel page. As soon as I deactivated the plugin it cleared. Just now I was finishing a new website and ran the backup for the first time. The client was panicked after receiving the email from GoDaddy.
Sometimes if the backup is running, it times out and won’t finish. I have tried refreshing the home page, thinking maybe the low traffic was an issue. Any ideas? I picked this plugin because of the high ratings and it looks very easy to restore a site, but I have too many clients affected with this same issue.
