Appointments lower limit makes NotPossible from Busy fields

  • Hi,
    I’m having problem with Appointments plugin. I have setup lower limit to 48 hours and and found out this that while entering 48 hours before the Busy slot it becomes NotPossible instead. With this it shows NotBusy graphics which is very confusing.
    I guess there must done some adjustment to one of the Ifs in the code. Are you able to help me?

    Hello Miroslav,

    I hope all is well!

    I can’t replicate this on my sandbox installation, all pending appointments showing up inside the busy slot. Please check on your Appointments page, if you see any JS errors in the developer console.

    Also, please make sure that the “Busy” slot, it’s not the same color with “Not possible” slot, in Appointments > Settings > Display settings section.

    Please run a quick check for a conflict with another plugin or theme as well.

    Deactivate all other plugins, switch to a default WordPress theme and test again. If everything is well, activate one plugin at a time to find the one that causes this.

    Thank you for your answer. Actuall I have both – busy & not possible in same color, just with different content. You can check the calendar here: https://www.tepscape.cz/rezervace/

    Don’t think this can be issue but I can try to change it if you thinkg this could be the issue.

    Hello 0mn1us,

    I’ve checked your site and dates in lower limits are showing “Not possible” image – and that is correct as it is not possible to make appointments at that time (even if for example client will delete appointment in lower limit – it still will be not possible to make appointment in released date).
