Appointment times not showing up correctly/customize booking form

  • Hi,

    We have set our working times to 9:00am – 5:00pm but when we click on a date the times show up incorrectly.

    We are using the plugin for an event tour that has two set options. A morning tour between 9:00am-12:00pm and an afternoon tour from 1:00pm – 4:00pm with a 1 hour break inbetween from 12-1pm.

    Also, when a person selects the timeslot, and the form appears we would like to customize the top title which now says “Please Check the Appointment Details Below and Confirm” and also change the text for Service Name & Service Provider. We want to remove the “service provider’ field if possible.

    Can this be done in the free version?

    Hey there Alex,

    How are you doing today?

    I’ve checked your site and I’m not exactly sure what you mean by times not showing correctly, it displays 2 slots in each day, one from 9am and other from 1pm.

    As for changing confirmation box text this can be easily done by using plugin translation files. You’ll find more info on how to use them by following this link: https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/how-to-translate-a-wordpress-plugin/.

    Also removing service provider from the same place could be done with some custom CSS but since I’m not seeing it on your site it appears that you already managed to do that?
