Let me try a different approach. *Looks up plugin authors*
Hi @aankit @farazfrank and @harimaliya and how are you? I hope you are having a good Saturday or if I got the timezone correct a good Saturday evening.
It appears that you have a colleague supporting this plugin. Good! It’s always wonderful when developers and fellow support professionals do that and his replies have been really helpful.
However, it gets odd for the moderators when we see someone who is not a plugin author or plugin contributor posting their email address like that here. In fact, I’ve just now personally reviewed all 297 posts and deleted those posted email addresses.
I drink a lot of coffee. ??
Can you please do me a favor? If abhishek (who has been doing a great job!) is associated with your plugin can you add his account as a “Plugin Contributor”?
As an added benefit to making your local forum moderators happy, his account will also gain the ability to mark topics in this sub-forum as “Resolved”.
Much thanks and if anyone has any questions the moderators can be reached via the #forums channel in Slack.

Friendly reminder again: abhishek’s replies have been top notch and really helpful. I really am not accusing anyone of anything bad or inappropriate. I am just trying to make things clear for users, moderators and everyone.
