Appointment status unchanged after cancelling

I’m still testing your plugin for my client. After I make an appointment, the status shows in the appointment list correctly as “Pending.” When I create an appointment, I get the confirmation emails, as expected, which include #link_cancel# in the email.
The problem is that when I click the email’s cancellation link, a message says it has been cancelled (messages flashes on browser screen before redirecting to home page) but the status doesn’t change in the Appointments list. Also, both the user and admin receive email notices each time I try to cancel the appointment, but they’re only the email for the Pending status. The Admin’s email still shows the appointment as Pending.
I’ve tried clearing the cache several times but it doesn’t make any difference. Can this be fixed?
