Appointment Slots Disappear Then Reappear

For some reason, clicking appointment slots causes them to disappear, but later, if you click a different appointment slot, the previous slot reappears.

Prior to Selection

After selection, slot disappears

After selecting a second timeslot, the first reappears

Deleting first slot from selection, then reselecting, disappears again

This does not seem to be an issue with capacity being reached.

Why is this happening?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
