Appointment questions

Hi,

I’ve just purchased the pro version of this plugin – been great so far. I did have a couple of questions.

1 – I’m trying to get the day/time of the even in the email subject – is there a variable for this, as I couldn’t see one in the documentation.

2 – I’m trying to get one of the fields inserted into the email subject. I’ve used the variable <%fieldname3%> – but this comes out as you see it rather than the field content (i.e the name).

3 – I’m looking to disable the 2nd item in the dropdown. Below is the original code.

<option value="cold" vt="Cold lunch">Cold lunch</option>

I’m looking to change it to:

<option value="cold" vt="Cold lunch" disabled="">Cold lunch</option>

Where would I need to go to change the relevant code?
