APPOINTMENT PLUGIN NOT WORKING

I tried to check your site but I couldn’t open it. From your description my best guess is that this is related to some js error caused by a theme/plugin conflict.

You can try testing for conflicts to see if that will help. To do that please try using default WordPress theme like Twenty Fifteen and deactivating all other plugins as displayed in the following flowchart to know which theme/plugin is conflicting if any.

I’m having the same issue too.

When I click to select a time, I just get the loading spinner and nothing else happens. I have however noticed that if I am signed in to WordPress, that selecting an option works.

It seems to be a js issue or something isn’t running some js, (although I get nothing in the console) as the confirmation box doesn’t show up.

I’ve also been through all my plugins and deactivated them one by one as well

How are you doing today?

You deactivated all plugins and switched to one of the default WP themes and issue still persists?

If this is the case where exactly are you adding appointment shortcodes? JS will not work properly if the shortcodes are added in the sidebar or custom template page.

hi , I managed to solve the problem , because my wp_header was before the < body> , moved to after it and the problem was solved . Thank you for your help!
