Applying your theme to only a sub-directory

    Hello,

    I am interested in using this plugin with your theme for a sub-directory of my site. Is that possible? Or do we have to apply the them to the whole site?

    Hi,

    normally in WordPress you can only have 1 theme per website. However I know there are few plugins that will allow you to select a different theme for a selected section of your website. The problem is I’ve never tested any of them so I can’t really suggest one. You’ll have to test them directly if you intend to go that way.

    Otherwise you can use 2 separate WP installs :

    1 site.com (main wp install)
    2 site.com/directory (secondary wp isntall)

    Another solution that would allow you to share users is WP Multi Site. In that case you can use 1 theme for 1 site and our theme for the directory site.

    Thx for the detail reply. Very kind of you. Will studies the options and try it out. Will share with you when we have successfully launched it.
