    Hey all,

    A question about page width using the Pinboard theme (and editing it with a child css).

    All my pages in the navigation menu are the same width (ie. https://the-wolf-and-i.com/contact/), but when I create sub-pages they seem like they have been stretched so that everything is slightly larger (ie. https://www.the-wolf-and-i.com/contact/contact-form/).

    Is there a way to have a fixed – width for all the pages (preferably to the larger of the two). And does that also mean that I need to then re-edit all the typography elements to have them match up?

    Cheers, Mike

    is slightly larger

    how much larger?

    have you considered the effect of the vertical scrollbar?

    Exact dimensions I’m not too sure about – but it’s not the scroll bar. As I mentioned it seems as if the entire page has been stretched to larger dimensions – the page wrapper itself has widened, text has enlarged etc. The links to the site are in my original post if you need to take a look….

    I checked your site before my reply, and I could not see any differences in the width of the pages;

    have you checked and excluded any browser zoom settings?

    You were right – it was the zoom settings! I’d never come across that before – thanks for pointing me in the right direction – I appreciate it!!
