• Hello,
    A few months ago I updated WP (3.9 -> 4.3.9). So I also updated TinyMCE advanced (3.5 -> 4.2.5).
    Since then, the custom styles (class) that I applied to <p> for example apply systematically by adding <span>. I can not apply the “class” on <p>.
    Do you have an explanation regarding the problem?

    Updating to 4.3 is a good step, but why not to 4.7? It comes with most fixes and enhancements.

    You will probably need to make sure you have selected the right element when adding the HTML class. Best is to use the (so called) element path at the bottom on the editor (open the second toolbar to show it).

    After clicking in the “block” you want to add the class to, look there and click on the actual <p>.
