Applying coupons at checkout only works for logged in users

    Hi,

    Our site has been functioning as intended for several years. All of a sudden 2 days ago, applying coupon codes at checkout for guests or non logged in users results in a screen with only the header & footer of the site when hitting the Apply Coupons button.
    Logged in users do not experience this and the coupon is applied correctly at checkout.

    No changes had been made to the site befoe this happened.

    Any ideas?

    I just tested this on my website and I was not able to replicate the issue.

    Do you use WooCommerce’s default coupons or do you have any plugins that affect coupons?

    What about customer’s account, is it the default Woo account or do you have any plugins for it?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
