Apply via the employers website option

Good day

Is there an option I can add to make the candidate apply via the employer’s website.

I read on the documentation to override the apply button to redirect to an URL but, is there a way to only redirect them on some occasions and on other occasions to use the resume option with the add on.

For example some employers would like the candidate to apply via their own website’s career portal and not use WP Job manager application form. The candidates will then click on the apply button and be redirected. If the company doesn’t have a career website the add on will be used.
