Apply to all links?

    UPDATE: Ok, I’ve since discovered that it works on all links provided they have absolute urls.

    As I use root-relative urls for much of my site, if I convert them to absolute then this plugin will work fine… but I’d prefer to retain them as-is if there’s a workaround.
