Apply style sheet to views other than main

Alright. I got everything right where I want it.
Except when I click on “archive”, or “view comments”, or any of the categories, it ignores my stylesheet.

The stylesheet I want it to reference is at https://www.zerflin.com/zerflin.css
Any ideas?
