Apply plugin on BuddyPress/Homepage instead of WP Dashboard

    Hi Ian Dunn
    First of, thank you for your amazing “Per User Prompt” & “Encourage User Activation” plugins.

    Now to the topic: I was wondering if there’s a way to disable the “Encourage” for WP Dashboard, and show them in BuddyPress profiles top/Homepage top instead.
    Like BuddyPress “Site Wide Notice” messages

    The plugin itself doesn’t support that, but it should be possible for a developer to write a secondary plugin that would do that.
