Apply Now – plugging

Hi

I installed the WP JOB MANAGER
which is a basic job listing feature.

Though, I dont know how to change the PAGE loyout
once you click on a particular job ?!

Besides, wanted to add the APPLY NOW button
asking the user to type:

– full name
– email + mobile
– upload CV
– message box
–

is there a free version of this, what I can use??
The one costs $39 “resume-manager” and is a bit much I think.
